If you're Brand Builder then you will have an upline and downline (sorry Account Executives) to bounce ideas off of and collaborate with on solutions. If someone in your small group doesn't know the answer, then you can quickly get in touch with someone high up in the company that does. What has blown me away is that I was signed up by one of the founding members of LocalAdLink and he still offers me support and guidance.

Support Desk

A couple of months ago the Local Ad Link Support Desk was so understaffed, overwhelmed and under equipped with software tools that it was a means of frustration for many. Today, however the support desk has been upgraded, with FAQ's as the first line of defense and customer support willing to help after that. I've place a couple of help desk tickets with LocalAdLink that the FAQ's didn't cover and the Support Desk responded with the answer within an hour or two. Now, compare this with the help desk of other companies and you'll see why this is impressive.
