LocalAdLink
Training & Support
In regard to LocalAdlink training and support, you will find
this is robust and top-notch. When you become a member of
Local Ad Link one of the first things you'll notice that the
training and support you'll receive is like no other company
(in a good way).
|
Some of the training methods include
videos, ongoing webinars, your own upline and downline,
the support desk and websites. Let's talk a moment in-depth
about all of these different levels of support.

Videos
There are many more videos than those that I've embedded
on this website that one can watch in order to get up-to-speed
quickly on LocalAdLink. The videos are a wonderful training
tool and selling tool. You'll have access to a wide range
of videos once you become a member, showing overviews of how
the company works and specifics such as how to use the web
interfaces.
Webinars
The LocalAdLink webinars aren't just for motivation (though
they are motivating) they are also for education. There are
regularly scheduled webinars every week, where you can dial
in from your own computer and listen to some of the officers
in the company discuss that latest happenings from product
rollouts to the solving of technical issues.
Teleconferences
Teleconferences are another way that LocalAdLink people stay
in touch and train to become better at what they do. Teleconferences
may be broad with company officers or can be just for small
groups.
Upline and Downline
Another excellent training method is talking to those in
your upline and downline. If you're Brand Builder then you
will have an upline and downline (sorry Account Executives)
to bounce ideas off of and collaborate with on solutions.
If someone in your small group doesn't know the answer, then
you can quickly get in touch with someone high up in the company
that does. What has blown me away is that I was signed up
by one of the founding members of LocalAdLink and he still
offers me support and guidance.
Support Desk
A couple of months ago the Local Ad Link Support Desk was
so understaffed, overwhelmed and under equipped with software
tools that it was a means of frustration for many. Today,
however the support desk has been upgraded, with FAQ's as
the first line of defense and customer support willing to
help after that. I've place a couple of help desk tickets
with LocalAdLink that the FAQ's didn't cover and the Support
Desk responded with the answer within an hour or two. Now,
compare this with the help desk of other companies and you'll
see why this is impressive.
Websites
Websites like the official LocalAdLink.com and LocalAdLink.net
websites are your first training tools and areas of support.
After that its educational to explore other websites like
this one that you're on now to get another perspective of
what is going on with LocalAdLink.
So, I've listed the six basic methods of training and support
that LocalAdLink offers. Once you join, you'll understand
how much you can learn and apply in a very short period of
time.
